This RJ12 UTP cable is used to connect the BMV shunt to the BMV head unit in a battery monitoring system. The cable that comes with the BMV battery monitor may not always fit the required distance or installation setup, so you can replace it with a cable of different lengths, ranging from 0.3 meters up to 30 meters.
