This 50 Litre Waste Water Tank Kit is tailored for VW Crafter 2017 onwards and MAN TGE models with Front Wheel Drive and Medium Wheelbase configurations. The tank is constructed to fit longitudinally on the passenger side, providing a generous 50-litre capacity. The kit comes with pre-welded fittings and all necessary brackets and fixings, ensuring a straightforward installation process.
The waste tank is designed for durability and convenience, with pre-welded 3/4 inch waste inlet fittings on the front face of the tank to avoid interference with the fuel tank. The installation involves using custom-made steel brackets, hook bolts, and locking nuts, with the front bracket hooking into the chassis side of the cross member and the rear bracket requiring minor drilling.
To ensure optimal drainage, the tank is installed with a slight slope towards the front. This kit also includes a 1-metre remote drain tap kit (Grey) for easy waste management. The tank and brackets are designed to be durable, though it is recommended to paint the steel brackets with metal paint before installation for added protection.
