The Dodo Thermo Liner Pro Special Edition – 10mm x 5m Roll is a professional-grade insulation material designed specifically for use in vans, motorhomes, 4x4s, and vehicle restorations. This upgraded version of the best-selling Thermo Liner Pro features a glass fibre reinforced aluminium foil, offering improved radiant heat reflection and increased durability.
Beneath the foil layer lies extra soft, dense closed cell foam, engineered to deliver superb thermal insulation and effective sound absorption - all within a low 10mm (3/8") profile. Designed to curve, shape, and mould effortlessly to your vehicle’s contours, this insulation is perfect for use on roofs, floors, wheel arches, and side panels.
With high temperature resistance and strong peel-and-stick adhesive, installation is quick and secure - simply cut, peel, and apply. The foam layer is moisture-resistant, will not absorb water, and is a far superior alternative to traditional wool or fibrous insulation.
Developed in collaboration with UK van conversion experts, this product provides the thermal efficiency, durability, and ease of installation required for professional results. One roll (5 sq.m) is typically enough to insulate the roof and sides of a car, small van, or 4x4, while larger vans (e.g. VW Transporter) may require 2–3 rolls.
