Dodo Mat DEADN DUO is a high-performance, dual-layer mat specifically engineered to provide both sound deadening and thermal insulation in a single, convenient roll. The base layer consists of a dense 1.5mm pure butyl rubber sheet that effectively dampens vibrations and blocks airborne noise, providing a quieter and more stable ride. Unlike cheaper alternatives, Dodo Mat uses more rubber and fewer fillers for superior sound control and structural noise reduction.
On top of the butyl is a 3mm closed-cell foam insulation layer, known as Dodo Super Liner, which delivers excellent thermal and acoustic properties. This insulating foam helps to maintain interior temperatures, minimise heat loss, and reduce condensation, making it perfect for year-round use.
Installation is simple thanks to the strong self-adhesive backing and flexible construction. Supplied in a single 5-metre roll, it’s ideal for large areas like vehicle floors and boot spaces, as well as wheel arches and doors. No heating tools are required – just peel, stick, and enjoy a quieter, more insulated ride.
