The Victron MultiPlus 24/2000 is designed to provide uninterrupted AC power with its UPS function, ensuring continuous power supply to connected devices in less than 20 milliseconds during grid failure or disconnection from shore or generator power. This fast transition is ideal for sensitive electronics like computers and medical equipment.
With its unique PowerAssist feature, the MultiPlus prevents overload of a limited AC source by first reducing battery charging and then boosting the output of a generator or shore power supply with power taken from the battery. This ensures consistent power delivery even during periods of peak demand.
The MultiPlus also offers virtually unlimited power through parallel operation, allowing up to six units to work together for increased power output. It supports three-phase or split-phase configurations, providing flexible solutions for different energy needs.
For enhanced control, the MultiPlus can be paired with a GX device (e.g., Cerbo GX) to enable remote monitoring and management via the VRM app and VRM portal. Users can adjust system settings, monitor performance, and even auto-start a backup generator from anywhere in the world, using a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC.
