The GOK Crash Protection Unit (IN KIT) provides an essential safety feature for caravans and motorhomes that use single-cylinder gas systems. This advanced gas pressure regulator is equipped with a mechanical crash sensor that automatically blocks the gas supply in the event of an accident. With a delay of 3.5 g ± 0.5 g, it responds to an impact corresponding to an impact speed of 15-20 km/h, ensuring that no gas escapes from the cylinder after a collision.
The Caramatic DriveOne system enables safe heating while driving by instantly cutting off the gas supply if the sensor is triggered. After activation, the system can be quickly reset by pressing the green reset button for approximately five seconds, allowing the regulator station to be quickly ready for use again.
This safety gas pressure control system is suitable for one-cylinder systems and is designed for maximum consumption with a controller capacity of 1.5 kg/h. The outlet pressure is set at 30 mbar, making it ideal for heating while on the move. The system is also designed for easy installation, with both vertical and horizontal mounting options.
The Caramatic DriveOne is compatible with country-specific high-pressure hoses (sold separately), ensuring its use across Europe. It also includes an integrated test connection for leak testing, making maintenance simpler and more efficient.
For added convenience, an optional remote display (including anti-ice) is available for monitoring the system’s status from the vehicle's interior.
