The Tibu Portaloo Light is designed to withstand the harsh conditions typically found in portaloo environments, providing reliable, long-lasting lighting. It features a unique theft-resistant lock and a low-profile luminaire, reducing the risk of theft and vandalism. The light automatically switches on when the latrine door is opened, providing illumination for up to 90 seconds after the user exits, ensuring both convenience and safety. Powered by a 3W solar panel and a replaceable lithium battery, the Tibu light can activate up to 240 times per evening, even in the UK winter months. The light directs illumination to the back and sides of the cubicle, preventing discomfort or disorientation from direct light. The installation is completely waterproof, with a 51mm hole required for fitting. For added flexibility, the light can be removed and replaced with an optional waterproof bung if needed.
