The testing involved daily discharges to 10.8V, followed by a two-hour rest period in the discharged state before recharging, a condition that typically damages most batteries after just 100 cycles. The Victron Super Cycle Battery is recommended for applications where occasional full discharges or frequent discharges to 60-80% DoD are expected. Additionally, its advanced chemistry results in a slightly smaller and lighter design compared to standard deep cycle AGM batteries, making it easier to install and transport.
