The BatteryLife function protects against excessive battery discharge by adjusting the disconnect voltage dynamically, ensuring 100% recharges whenever possible. This prolongs battery lifespan and maintains optimal system performance.
Additionally, the SmartSolar MPPT 100/20 can attempt to recharge deeply depleted batteries (as low as 0V), provided the cells are not permanently damaged.
