The Victron Orion-TR voltage converter is designed to convert an input voltage of 24V DC (in fact anywhere between 20V and 35V DC) into a 12V DC output for use on most electrical items on board boats, motorhomes and other automotive applications. The converter is protected to IP43 and is easy to install with no special tools needed. This voltage converter also has remote on-off which removes the need for a high current switch in the input wiring, the remote on-off can be managed with a low power switch. These units are short circuit proof so can have an unlimited number of units connected in parallel.
