Silent Coat Noise Isolator 6mm is a specialist closed-cell foam insulation product engineered to block heat and absorb mid to high-frequency airborne noise. It is designed for automotive use but is also highly effective in domestic settings where noise control and insulation are required.
This 6mm thick foam is lightweight, water resistant, and easy to apply thanks to its strong self-adhesive backing. It is best used as part of a two-layer system, installed over Silent Coat Deadening Mat to maximise noise reduction in vehicle cabins.
Its flexibility and sealing properties also make it suitable for speaker baffles, roof linings, and interior panels, where it helps reduce vibrations and prevent unwanted sound transfer.
