The Victron MultiPlus 12/1600/50-16 230V VE.Bus is a highly efficient and powerful inverter charger designed to replace the earlier MultiPlus Compact range. This unit combines a true sine wave inverter, a sophisticated battery charger with adaptive charge technology, and a high-speed AC transfer switch, all in one compact enclosure, delivering exceptional performance and reliability.
The UPS function ensures that in the event of a grid failure, or when shore or generator power is disconnected, the inverter within the MultiPlus activates automatically, providing uninterrupted AC power in less than 20 milliseconds. This ensures sensitive equipment, including computers, continue to operate without disruption.
When paired with a GX device such as the Cerbo GX, you can monitor and control your system remotely via the free VRM app or VRM portal, from anywhere in the world. The MultiPlus can be easily accessed via smartphone, tablet, laptop, or PC.
The MultiPlus is also capable of parallel operation, with up to six units working together to provide higher power output. Additionally, three units can be configured for three-phase output. The PowerAssist feature helps boost the capacity of shore or generator power by supplementing power from the battery when needed, ensuring continuous operation without overloading the power source.
