The Parksafe Brake Light Camera (PSC43) is designed for seamless integration into the brake light housing of your Volkswagen T5-T6, VW California, or Citroen Space Tourer (models ranging from 2010 to Present Day for VW and 2017 to Present Day for Citroen). This camera helps improve rear visibility for safer parking and reversing.
The D1 resolution (976 x 592 pixels) provides clear, high-quality video, and the 170° wide-angle view ensures that you have comprehensive coverage of the area behind your vehicle. Equipped with eight infrared (IR) lights, it performs well in low light, extending the effective visibility range to 8-10 meters.
This camera is IP68-rated, meaning it is both dustproof and waterproof, making it suitable for use in harsh weather conditions. It features NTSC & PAL switchability for compatibility with different video systems, and parking lines that can be toggled on or off based on your preference.
The camera comes with a 10-meter cable for flexible installation, allowing it to fit various vehicle configurations. It operates on 12V DC power with low 0.2A consumption and works in a wide temperature range of -20ºC to +70ºC.
